Can’t get the program to work in Vista/ 7

This has come up several times.  Programs that worked with XP now do not work with Vista or Win 7.  An easy thing to do is right click the program icon, click properties down at the bottom.  At the top, you should see tabs.  Click on the one that says ” Compatability”.  The first check box allows you to run the program in Windows XP format.  It also has Win 2000, Me and 98.  Once you click the box and choose what os you want the program to start in, click “apply” at the bottom right and close any windows you have open.  Double click the program icon again and you should be able to run the program.  This is a general fix.  Some similar issues may not be resolved using this.  Have a great day.
